The length of the coaching process can vary depending on the individual and their specific goals. It can range from a few sessions to ongoing support over a period of months or even years. It is important to discuss the length of the coaching process with the coach prior to starting to ensure that it aligns with your needs and expectations
This completely depends on your pace and availability. The frequency can range between meetings as often as twice a week to once every two weeks. We will establish this during our initial call.
There are several ways to prepare for a coaching session in order to get the most benefits: Reflect on your goals and objectives for the coaching sessions and what you hope to achieve. Identify specific issues or challenges you would like to discuss during the session. Prepare any relevant materials or documents that may be useful for the coach to review. Make a list of questions you would like to ask the coach. Think about any recent developments in your life that may be relevant to the session. Come with an open mind and willingness to be honest and vulnerable with the coach. By preparing in advance, you will be able to make the most of the coaching session and achieve your goals more effectively. To make the preparation easier for you, I will be emailing you a document with a list of things to consider during your pre-session preparation.
